Did Phil have a voice transplant? He was amazing.

Jordin... well... at least she's hot. Hard song for her.

Simon was funny... "Your hair is like something out of the Addams Family" and "cue the boos in advance"

Blake is awesome! I won't be surprised if he's in the finale.

This is really tough tonight since 2 are going home tomorrow.

Melinda was good, but not the best. The guy dancing with her looked drunk. :)

Blake-INCREDIBLE
Chris-Pretty good
Melinda-Awesome

Tough one for tomorrow, but since it's combined with last week I would say Phil, Lakisha, and Chris are in danger. 2 of the three... any of the other three would be shocking I think.

I'm sorry I missed it -- would have loved to have seen Simon and Lakisha's bizarre interaction. Apparently, she blew everyone away with that performance.

I opted to watch the "Law & Order" episode where they ripped the story of Lisa Nowak from the headlines. There was a bizarre twist to it -- as there usually is. Then again, the real story was bizarre itself.

Back to AI -- is it just me, or has this one lasted long enough?

How I thought the performances ranked last night:

1. Melinda
2. Blake
3. Lakisha
4. Phil
5. Jordin
6. Chris

I think Lakisha and Chris go tonight.

I guess I'm in the minority, at least on here, but I didn't like Blake's version of "You Give Love a Bad Name." I love Blake and definitely don't want him going anywhere, but that was just weird for me, for that song. I like when he mixes it up with a little beatboxing, so maybe it's just because it was a song that I know SO well and I felt like he just messed it all up or something... I dunno. Still love Blake though!

I didn't like another one of my favorites last night, Jordin. Oh my goodness... she just butchered "Livin' on a Prayer." I love her, but did not like that at all. I had thought weeks ago that nobody should attempt that one, and my "fears" turned out to be right. It's the most widely recognized Bon Jovi song, hard to sing correctly, and even Jordin (who I thinks sings amazingly) couldn't do it. I was shaking my head the whole song, saying, "no, no, no, no, no." Still love Jordin though and hope she doesn't go anywhere!

Chris is another one of my favorites and I thought he was just adorable singing "Wanted Dead or Alive." I thought it was good.

I'm not a big Phil fan and thought he was going home a few weeks ago, but I actually thought he did quite well with "Blaze of Glory." He still reminds me of The Joker when he smiles though.

I have always thought Melinda was an incredible singer, but her style doesn't appeal to me... meaning, I doubt I'd be buying her CD, but hope she does great after the show, regardless on whether she wins or not. I was wondering how she'd do with Bon Jovi night, and I thought she did pretty good, considering it's so not her style. I liked her lil attitude thing she had going on with "Have a Nice Day." She seemed to take Jon's advice with that and it worked well. It was a little odd for me because her voice doesn't really suit that kind of song, but I enjoyed it. She really could sing the phone book.

LaKisha usually bores me. Sorry... I know she can sing well, but I usually get bored with her songs. I love the song she chose, and she did well with it. I actually enjoyed her, for the first time in quite a while.

Jordin would have been great with a song like "Always," "Thank You for Loving Me," "I'll Be There for You," and a few others. I wish she had chosen one of their rock ballads as I think it would have suited her better.

I love Bon Jovi - OH MY GOSH - they're awesome. They have so many fantastic songs to choose from. I like a lot of bands, but nobody else makes me happy like Bon Jovi. lol
If I'm in a foul mood, their music can ALWAYS cheer me up. Woohoo.... can't wait for the next tour!

Last week's vote totals are being combined with this week's and the two with the lowest are going home. I think it will be two out of these three: LaKisha, Phil, Chris
I hope it's not Chris, but it very well could be.

Melinda is amazing and you're right, she could sing the phone book and sound good. Blake amazes me every week.

If you close your eyes and just listen to Phil's voices, it's the most mellow and relaxing tone I've heard in a while.

1. Melinda
2. Blake
3. Phil
4. Jordin
5. Lakisha
6. Chris

Tonight I think it will be Lakisha and Chris to go home. Jordin may be in trouble too.

I'm not surprised Phil's leaving.. I kinda consider him as 1 of the 1's that may have stuck around a little too long.. Not as bad as Sanjayah by any means.. But Gina or Stephanie Edwards could have and arguably should have had Phils spot..
