Self-diagnosis is one thing, Johnathan. But you really need a professional's opinion.

I suffer from both conditions, plus a few others...better to get a diagnosis from an MD or two than be in doubt. :larrow:

BTW, my insurance doesn't cover anything, either. :larrow:

incomplete right bundle branch block but they said that happens sometimes and if there is non evasive tests for heart probs. ekg, xrays for example then it requires no further testing. The big thing was when i read the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks they all fit and within minutes my chest and arm both felt better. They wnated to monitor me because the symptoms i was having weren't supported by any of the tests and that explains the anxiety. For example last night I had a panic attack and when I got up to watch tv and got into the show the symptoms went away. Only when I started thinking about it again they reappeared. I feel a lot better now. 8-)

I am 35 years old and like I said the minutes I read the symptoms. I felt better. I appreciate the concern though. 8-)

I am 35 with a heart defibrillator implant because of tachycardia arthmyas, 3 stints, Congestive heart failure, Cardio myopathies and soon may need a new heart . Age doesn't matter anymore...About 6 years ago I was having troubles sleeping because of what I thought were either panic attacks or anxiety attacks . Basically I would wake up gasping for air..My primary doctor said he thought it was in my head...We were all suprised when he sent me to a Cardiologist.. By then I had already had made serious damage to the heart...

Mine is just discomfort and like I said they couldn't find anything. I hope you are doing better though. I don't think it's a coincidence that after I read the symptoms mine got better. I really do apprecaite the concern.

Well, I'd rather that you did go back to the ER just to make sure. I agree with the self-diagnosis. Actually, sites like WebMD can be both good and bad because you could end up diagnosing yourself with some disease when actually there's nothing seriously wrong OR there's something wrong that you didn't pick up on.

Rainband - did you not say that there was a bundle block (think that's what you said)??? Anyway - don't assume anything!!! Just because you feel better today doesn't mean tomorrow you will be ok. GO SEE A DR.!!!

My daughter's husband had two heart attacks in three months at the age of 39 and didn't survive the second. Even if it IS Anxiety attack there are meds to control those.

A few years ago while at work I began to get dizzy and my heart rate went up to 120+ beats per minute. Co workers called paramedics and I was transported to the ER where I was found to have slightly elevated blood enzymes but not high enough for a myrocardial infarction ( heart attack ). After several hours in the ER I was sent home and referred to a cardiologist. The ER doc was of the opinion that is was an anxiety attack. Subsequent tests showed a mild heart rthymm disturbance, a condition that can be treated by medication. Johnatan my point is do NOT try to self diagnose yourself.
