Wife's Job....

My wife came home from this evening, and was a little ticked off. She has been there almost 8 months, and this week only has 4days on the schedule. She is managerial training. Some of the employees she works with have5days. Also some of the other employees she works with are a "blue shirt" as they call it are being trained to be shift managers, and have been there only a little bit longer than her. They have just been training and do some of the things they have not shown her. A fellow employee told her that they have there" favorites". I told not to worry about it because the manager that hired me and her is going to be the GM at this new will make her his opening manager when we get to the new store. I also told I think she is one of his" favorites". There are some employees are getting 5 days and are not doing anything. She works her butt off and only gets 4 days. She wants to know if she needs to say something to her boss or let it go??? I told her don"t worry about it because she will get her 40hrs. at the new store. Why do all jobs pick and choose there "favorites". Just wanted anyones opinion on what she should do???

If it were me I would goto my boss and ask did they realize they only gave me 32 hours. If yes then was there something I did wrong.
