We have something similar down here in the hot South every year... Junebugs. They are loud. Haven't seen any cicadas though.

Eric/everyone - We have a rather funny thread going in the Community Forum, about the cicada invasion. Read, laugh, contribute, please!!! On page 4, I posted a link for local Cincinnati photo's. Some of the pics people have sent in are funny!

To make this easier for all - go to this link, it's the main Cicada link for the Cincinnati area. Then under the girl's picture with a cicada on her nose, click on the link for readers photos. I must have 'breezed' past that pink purse pic Annette!!! Will give them another look.
