All this talk of liver is turning my stomach :p

I could only ever eat it smothered in Mashed potatoes, fried onions and lot's of gravy.

One word......"MEATLOAF!" After growing up eatin' meatloaf at LEAST once a week (I know my parents did the BEST they could do raisin' us kids BUT!) and eating "NAVY MEATLOAF!" Haze Grey and underway "LOL!" You know the kind of meatloaf I'm talkin' about, grease floatin' on top with ketchup floatin' on grease! *as his stomach gurgles just thinking about it*

Well, Bonnie, I've had fried squid with cocktail sauce, it was nice. You just have to disassociate it with that rubbery creature you are cutting up before it is deep fried

Squid is devine.. deep fried in batter (it should not be rubbery, then it has not been cooked properly)

Wise choice on the Vegetarian Chinese food. LOL

It reminds me of the Korean Cookbook "1,001 Ways to Wok Your Dog"

Well, since liver makes me violently ill, that's "off the table"; out of choice, though, my vote would go to "haggis", a Scots concoction of meal and offal served in a sheep's stomach, somewhat like a large sausage.

Da verry t'awt of eet maks ma sheevirr...och, aye, lahds and lahssies.

My great granda being a broad scott would ensure a decent serving of haggis was on offering during family get togethers... needless to say my poor dad goes green when u just mention the word haggis.

I like MOST of the "Off Alls"....the parts of the cow y'all won't eat, tongue, heart, sweet breads, honeycomb tripe.....but, I WILL NOT eat the kidneys "YUCK!" Y'all know I was a meat cutter for 20 years, well, let me tell ya, DO NOT buy the store's cheap hamburger, ya know, the 75-25% grind, it's FULL of well, uh, um, let's just say, BUY the GOOD Burger!

sushi, veal, and the above mentioned leftover parts of animals. Although they probably make it into hot dogs and bologna.
