State-wide Testing this week!

Well, it's that time of year again! The kids in Texas are gonna be taking the TAKS test on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday mornings! Lucky for me & the other seniors, we're off on those times, that and we have senior breakfast on Wednesday. So I'll be online at about 11:30AM on those 3 days, if the staff allows us to bring laptops on those days.

Same here in MS. They have been prepping for this for over a month. State tests are this Wednesday.

A few seniors who didn't pass last year's TAKS test may have to take it all over again.

I know. Some kids do well in the course and fail the state test. Result? They have to take the whole course again and vice versa. Although MS is one of those states that have lowered the standards of education to appease all. I do not like that one bit!!

Well, I'm online at this time, because me and the rest of the seniors are taking a field trip to North Lake College at about 8:30AM. I will be back online at lunch time.
