Why don't Bush and Cheney testify separately?

Why is C. Rice refusing to testify?
Jara, I was not referring to you. I thought your answer was very informative unlike the others who made my question seem ludicrous.
I'm sorry if you thought I meant you. Not at all. Those who were rude know who they are.

We do joke around but your definition of vilified and mine are sure different. Obviously you think/suspect something but you don't say what it is but yet you get upset when people don't answer an open question. Personally I think your question was a bit leading without offering your own view. I guess you would have to ask President Bush for his answer if you want a factual answer. Everything else is just speculation.

That would be me!!! The rude one!!! Sunny I had no intention of being rude. When you ask questions like "Why is C. Rice refusing to testify" and "Why don't Bush and Cheney testify separately", these are leading questions. You are a bright woman, you are a teacher, what answer did you want?? When you ask provocative questions, you have to expect varied responses.

Hey...I thought my response was civil. Its a political game by both sides.
I thought so too Jara.
Perhaps we will never know exactly why President Bush won't testify on his own, but I think that the answers that were given were probably the best "guesses" anyone could make. We can only speculate like Marshall said.

Why is C. Rice refusing to testify?
Pburg, I honestly wondered why they were testifying together. I am a thinking person, but I don't pretend to understand everything politicians do. That's why I asked the question. It wasn't meant to be leading because I didn't have an answer in mind when I asked it.

Why don't Bush and Cheney testify separately?
Please explain why they are leading questions (at the risk of getting my head bitten off).
