Ah, okay. Well I've been a regular at WWBB for a few months now and I don't recall ever seeing him post anything about not allowing them to vote, but perhaps I just missed it. I'm pretty sure he was just joking if he did because he's an excellent poster over there and doesn't try to stir up trouble like that.
