Thanks folks! Yes indeed, anytime bone is involved, it's NOT good and YES, ol snowmans taking up golf this spring, I've always wanted to learn but never had the time, with us being appointed the Community Forester for Pinetop Lakeside, that SHOULD free up more time. OK, OK....I'm going BACK to bed GEEESH....I am SOOOO sick of laying in that bed, I DON'T do well laying around, I've got that Class "A" personality, I have to be doing something ALL the time.

Yup, Dennis.....ya gotta do what they say!
So sorry to hear of this new challenge! Get those books and mags out that you've been meaning to read.......put on a giant pot of coffee......and take some time to catch up!
I shattered my heel falling from an 18" utility stool 6 yrs. ago.......had to keep down (no weight at all on that heel!) for 3 months! At first I just sat and cried.....I'm one of those "A" personalities too! Sooooo much to do.....couldn't do anything! I finaly decided to take advantage of the time.......read every untouched magazine in the house.......did some embroidery (never have the time)......and sat outside on the nice fall days just listening to the birds!
O.K......now don't any of you laugh......but ground Flax Seed will actually do a great job of pulling that infection out of your wound! Just make a warm poultice with the seed, "gob" it onto the sore, carefully wrap to stay in place........you'll be surprised
when you check the next day to see how well this works!........p
