TCVN is a weighted averaged

It is so funny how E-Mail works in this crazy world. I recieved this one the other day too and was going to post it here today. I wonder how fast an e-mail can get from one person to the rest of the world????

Seems like everytime I get a joke on E-mail, everyone else gets it the same time.
