The Ultimate Breakfast would be either on Saturday or Sunday morning... and would be bacon and more bacon (not fried to crisp) scrambled eggs, nice and fluffy, fired potatoes (diced w/ a little onion, green pepper and throw in a few spices) and let's see don't forget the biscuit. Some OJ and a cup of coffee w/ hazelnut creamer and I will be good for the day... :D

During the week-days I have either a banana, or a yogurt...

I prefer a bagel or english muffin. Coffee too. I feel best when I eat a light breakfast, not a full bacon/eggs type breakfast (although it's tempting!). I might add a banana but overall, my breakfast is pretty boring! Most important meal of the day though, IMO.

I still like my bowl of Shredded Wheat. Sometimes I even have a bowl for a late night snack. It's good stuff.

Opera Ghost.....I was a meat cutter/mgr for 20 years, I make a "MEAN" elk sausage from scratch. My nephews are 3/4 Native American, they don't have to draw (a lottery system) for elk, they just buy a tag over the counter....they keep me FULLY supplied with elk, deer, wild turkey......we also raise our own beef, we raise 2 Black Angus steers a year, one for us, one for my sister, talk about GGOOOOOOD BEEF!

I like Scrambled Eggs and English Muffins, too. There are enough people around that aren't "breakfast people." :)
