GD... I lost a very dear friend who lost control of his car and rolled into a ditch upside down in about a foot of water. He was wearing his seatbelt and he was knocked unconscious and drowned. IMO, when God sees fit to call you home it does not matter if you are wearing a seatbelt or not.
And you are right Dennis, it is up to that person if they choose to wear the seatbelt. And it is God's decision whether you live or die.
Happens to the best of us I guess

In MS the fine for...
Loud Music- $1,000
Speeding- $65-$150
Littering- $500
No insurance- $1500 and license suspension
Seatbelt violation- 10 bucks.
If this is supposed to be a law and they make it out to "SAVE LIVES" then why is the fine so small? Makes one wonder what they really care about.
Let's analyze it... I do not play loud music, I do not speed, I do not litter, I do have insurance and I do not wear my seatbelt. Which ticket would you rather get?
