I agree Rainband. I feel bad for all those people. Many prayers going out to them and their families.

OMG, this is terrible. My husband and daughter were just there this past weekend. They had decided not to go over to the Statue of Liberty, since it's closed now. Oh those people......so sad.

It turns out that the story the Co-Captain did try to committ suicide by slashing his wrists and shooting himself with a pellet gun.

I thought it was odd sooo many stations were reporting that..Bloomberg wasn't very well informed. With all due respect I am sure he's a great Mayor but he is cold and cocky sometimes IMHO  Especially during a time of crisis I expected him to be more personable :o

I picked up on that personality too Rainband. I also believe he makes stories up as he goes along and he does not like the news media, so he tells what he believes to be the truth.

Sad, touching stories about the victims. One who had survived 9/11 and escaped from the WTC among others. My thoughts are with their families and for those in the hospital recovering.
