Nashville Nursing Home Fire

#1 Postby wx247 » Fri Sep 26, 2003 11:44 am

Reuters is reporting that a nursing home in Nashville which was 4 stories in height caught ablaze last night killing 7. What makes this even sadder is that there was no sprinkler system in the building.

Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire.

This nursing home was built in the mid 1960's, back when sprinkler systems unfortunately weren't required in buildings.
