I liken downloading music to taping a movie off of tv. Its just making copies. Do you know they sued a 12 year old girl $2000!! She actually paid it, but i doubt she will be an avid cd consumer after this!

It's ridiculous if you think about how much money the music industry makes. I mean they only produce music for crying out loud. They just need to enjoy their millions that we give them year after year and quit whining already. Geesh! Our law enforcement agencies and court rooms need to deal with the real criminals, not some Joe Schmo ripping a few songs.
