We countered with a written statement, as provided for under RS:MO 441-234 (1997, as amended), with further remedial action taken on our part, and at our expense...

We haven't heard a WORD from the heathen landlord at this time.

Not so fats...the landlady came in this afternoon and took pictures...while the apt. was still in the process of being cleaned up, things out-of-place everywhere.

A friend told me those pics were NOT for "assessment", but evidence to order vacating...more later.

bill, do not worry about her. she has no grounds to do anything. she does not sound like a very smart lady either. those pics could do her more harm than good. ;)

I don't really know what had happened or why your apartment was in the process of being "cleaned up", but I do hope that you can get the issue resolved soon.
