I know it's not what you want to hear, but I'd scrap the Nutrisystem idea and just put together a diet plan of your own, with fresh food you buy and prapare yourself. You'd be surprised at how little time it takes to prepare a week's worth of meals on the weekend and freeze them. Then you just have to make salads each morning for that day, or the evening before.
A diet doesn't really work. You need to make a real lifestyle change. And you won't want to be buying nutrisystem food forever. You need to learn to prepare healthy meals for yourself and really get into the habit of doing it if you want to lose the weight and, more importantly, keep it off.

i know how to prepare healthy meals, but cooking for one is not easy and good fresh produce is not readily available around here. I wasnt looking for lectures, i was looking for testimonials from people who have tried these other systems. I thought I made that clear in the first post. Just wanted to mention i started Nutrisystem on July 16. My husband is doing it with me. He's lost more weight faster than i did. But he doesn't have a couple of things going against him like i do, such as hypothyroidism. But i have to pat myself on the back. I've lost 21.5 lbs and 17.75 inches. I've gone down 2 pant sizes. Now i'm feeling more comfortable with myself and should be hitting the gym soon!
