I'd actually like to see Ground Zero, I'm just not sure if we'll make it there. We have 2 small children and it might be better to wait til they're older. Then, we could make it an educational experience for them, as they have no memory of 9/11 (the oldest was not yet 2 at the time of it). It's just a little beyond their understanding right now. Seeing that gaping hole in the skyline will be quite sad, I'm sure.

I, too, would like to see Ground Zero. Been to NYC pre-9/11, but would like to see it again.

As our sons may ultimately end up in Seattle with their jobs, I would like to spend a few days there in the summer, then in the winter, to get a feel for it. Closest I came was returning from Vietnam to Ft. Lewis, Washington, back in December of 1970.

I went to ground zero when it was still a smoking pile of debris. Now it just looks like a construction site.
