Nice poll. I voted for Carrie Underwood, but I really like Kelly Clarkson as well. I also like Jordin, but I want to wait and she what she comes out with before comparing her to the others.

I voted for Carrie Underwood, Kelly's just as good, but I like Carrie just a little better.

I'm taking a leap of faith here and voting for Jordin. She is only 17 years old and has a PHENOMENAL voice that can only get better with training. Kelly Clarkson is the best of the rest so far with Carrie a close second to her.

I think Taylor Hicks is the best so far (IMO).

I voted for Kelly. I think she has had the most success and is really talented.. I like her music and her videos and her as a person.

But I really like Carrie too! And that's saying something because I tend to gak at country music, but she has a LOT of talent too.. and I expect great things from Jordin. =]


My favorite contestants that didn't win are Chris and Blake though.

Being country music fans since moving here to the Southwest, Kathy and I are Carrie fans through and through. But before Carrie, we were also Kelly fans. And now that Jordin just lives across town here in Phoenix, I think if she gets the right management and direction during these first couple of years, she'll perhaps slide right by Kelly in our number two spot. Sorry guys, but those three girls outshine any of their male counterparts on AI.

I voted for Kelly but I agree with you David about Jordan.

No question that Carrie is a superstar in her own right, but I don't listen to Country either.

This perhaps should be re-titled American Idol Winner. My biggest favorite is Clay Aiken...yeah, I'm a Claymate! :lol:

I like Kelly because shes a rocker chick and has alot of talent but I think Carrie has the best voice so far, IMO. I'm not a country fan at all though.

I like how Ruben and Fantasia are being shut out lol.. Seriously.. my fav is Kelly.. Shes the rocker girl.. best all time I also think because she's the 1 who opened the door for those like Carrie and jordin..

Mine would still be Clay, but Chris's career is really catapulting. I had no idea that he was the one that sang the song "I'm Coming Home" until I saw him perform it on the finals. I always liked him.

I voted for Carrie because she is one of the very few country singers I like since I really don't care for country. My favorite out of all the Idols so far but did not win is Chris Daughtry. I think he is awesome! I put his CD on almost everytime I get in the car.
