the following link is to a site that's sorta yoga for the eyes. i've tried it after days in front of a computer and it helps a lot....

Have you ever tried the "Rebuild Your Vision" program? I haven't heard or seen anything like that before and I have been looking for something like that for a while. I wonder if it's a scam or if it really does work? I wouldn't want to waste $98!

Diabetes can cause big time eye problems, go to the Opthomologist, a DOCTOR, not a Optometrist.....you may have other symptoms but just don't relate them to this problem. Eyes are too important to not get them checked by a Physician (nothing against Optometrist, OK). There are just many disease that eye prolems can be a resort of. If nothing else, just go to the $1 Tree and buy some reading glasses....but that usually happens when you get a little older than 26.

Sure, it could be the simple changing of the eyes with age. A second opinion will help.
I had a scare a year ago when I suddenly could not see the numbers on the license plate in front of me with my left eye. My immediate thought was macular degeneration which is permanent vision loss in the center of the eye.
It turned out after several tests to be retinopathy. Within about 8 weeks it was back to normal.
So another eye exam or two would not hurt (although the tests for retinopathy were not fun since they include dilation of the pupils and a lengthy look by the doctor with the brightest light you could ever imagane!).
Check it out chad.
First glasses, then bifocals, and then trifocals. Been there, done that, so when I see I thunderstorm in a distance I appreciate just how crisp those glasses help make me see that billowing cloud!
People can still love you when you have glasses. You can even learn to love that guy in the mirror!
