My advice: start rating movies that you've seen, as many as you can think of, and you'll get suggestions of movies that Netflix thinks you'll like based on your ratings.

I second that motion on Casino Royale.

What about SWAT, Bourne Supremacy, Bourne Identity, King Kong......

Don't forget that they rent TV shows as well. Get caught up on the new "Battlestar Galactica."

Ya.. I am a BIG cheers nut.. Went to rent the seasons... and they are 4 disk sets and they count them as 4 different disks per season.. I for one think one season should be one disk.. but hey... thats why they make the big bucks I guess

A DVD can only hold so much. I think the longest DVD I have is 2.5 hours, and that has some commentarties on it. The good thing is that the turn around time is usually 1 or 2 days. That means, if you send a disk back on Monday, you should get another one on Wednesday.

:uarrow: Yeah. You will never find more than 3-4 hours worth the show on one disc.

Definitely rate things you've already seen. Also, you can browse by category: new releases, dramas, etc. Another neat feature that my sis-in-law uses because we have soooo many in our queue and that we've seen is the friends feature. If you know someone else with netflix, you can link up as friends and see what they've watched, rated, etc. You'll love it!

I signed with Blockbuster for 3 movies at a time and a free monthly pass for $17.99 + tax. The best thing is that you finish watching the movies and you go to your local Blockbuster store and change them for new ones for free, a day or two later you will receive you next movies via mail. It's great.

I get mine in two days by returning mine to Netflix. Drop it in the mail Monday, new movie arrives Wednesday. And they have a much larger library of movies than Blockbuster.
