After taking trips to the Philippines in June and January, plus another trip in April, I'll be wore out on international travel for a while.

I think we will do Charleston. Can you/anyone recommend a good area (beach) that is not overly crowded (if that even imaginable).

Thanks again!

If you stay in Charleston.... Folly Beach usually isn't as crowed as Isle of Palms or Sullivans Island. Folly is on the south side of the city... Isle is on the north side.

Be sure to go on the Kilimanjaro Safari in the Animal Kingdom, that ride is awesome.

Ditto that and also highly recommend Test Track and Soarin' in EPCOT. Enjoy!
Our vacation comes early this year: We're going on a family reunion cruise in a couple weeks. It's been a long school year so far, so I am really looking forward to that! As for this summer, we may head up to see family in Virginia. And family members in New England are trying to plan a get-together this Fall. It looks like all our vacations will be tied to family events this year! Of course, we'll be going to football games (War Eagle!) this fall-- those are mini-vacations! :D

I dunno what I'm doing yet, I'll probably just end up spending a few days by the coast, either on my own or with some friends.

Bah, had to cancel my trip to NYC. 'Mr. Tax' sent me a bill. They made a mistake last year, which means I have to pay them $650...

Guess it'll be 8 days in Turkey then instead of NYC.

Blah. I've known for a month but the trip isn't going to happen. It was going to be horrendously expensive and with a nutty teacher anyway. So I doubt I'll be going anywhere. If I'm lucky maybe the beach for a few days, but I haven't been lucky.

My sister is going to D.C. this weekend(Saturday-Tuesday).
