Why oh why do I procrastinate?!?

#1 Postby wx247 » Mon Apr 09, 2007 3:15 pm

I have so much to do and so little time to get it accomplished. I am such a procrastinator it isn't even funny. Tell me I am not alone!!! puh-leeze! You know what is ironic? In the time that I have been typing this I could have been working. I am procrastinating even more! ARGH!

I am the Queen of Procrastination.

"All you other procastinators are just imitating...so won't the real slacker please stand up, please stand up, please stand up?"

I have spoken. That is all.

You are not alone! I'm the same way. I get overwhelmed with how much I have to do, so clearly... the best thing to do is take a break! :P

I have no time to procastinate. I've got 7 or 8 projects (I lost count) due by the end of the month, 2 AP exams to study for, and registration at SPC and into EIP. I thank god that I am a multi tasker.

Garrett there are several quality, on-line organizations specifically tailored to supporting procrastinator syndrome. I'll post some links.

Later. :)

I have no idea what procastrination means...

I'll look it up in one of those dictionaries in my room later this week.

LOL, it's a human trait, Garrett - I could have been boxing up more stuff, but hey -
since my neice and hubby are procrastinating about getting the rest of their stuff
out of their house, well, why can't I??? I'm on the internet!

Procastrination is a huge problem for me too. Things that I wanted to finish or do 2 years ago still have not been done yet. :(

I actually got awarded for my last minute delays. It was a science fair project. I did it in one night when I had four months to do it. I got 4th place!!!! (3rd and i would have gone to state)Beating out projects that took all of those 4 months to make. But I overly sounded smart to the judges(ex: As you can see by my archive of data).
