Did Anyone watch Ellen today? Moto Resaurant

On her show today she had Homaro Cantu, the chef at the famed Moto Restaurant in Chicago. He cooks with liquid nitrogen! He made a hollow birthday cake from blended birthday cake and a balloon, soup from bacon, and 2 other things the size of peas and got normal flavored soup! He also made eggs from mango and coconut! I would definatly eat there if it wasnt so expensive. Anyone ever been there

When i was on a chemistry course we made ice cream using liquid nitrogen, it was nice as hell. Apperently it tastes better if it freezes quicker.

I think he was on Iron Chef America a while back. Very cool cooking techniques, I would love to try some of his entrees.
