How could this happen? That vehicle could have easily been a car bomb. :roll:

Probably some nut case rather than a planned terrorist type attack. Since he was armed it really doesnt make any difference though. This story could have well had a horrific ending. I am amazed though that he got inside.

That was my point. I don't think he was anything other than a nut either, it was just alarming that he would get into the building.
