I find it interesting

#1 Postby Rainband » Wed Feb 12, 2003 5:12 pm

I think it's interesting to note that none of the arab or muslim group leaders in the United States have spoken up and said "we don't feel the way the terrorists do, we're Americans now". I was watching MSNBC and they were talking about the same topic. I think if they support us then why aren't they speaking up against Bin Laden and Saddam. Maybe we are surrounded by a silent army just waiting for the right time to attack :o Maybe not but it's one of those things that make you go HMMMMMMMMMM??????? :?

hmmm...i don't know you can't really say that. They are not foreign muslims they are muslims that live in america. If they hated america they wouldn't have moved here. You can't possibly beleive they all think the same as saddam and osama :o

Speaking of MSNBC....

I don't know Rainband, but I do know that it is always easier for people to speak against something than to speak for it. I don't know why!

I don't know there is a difference between disagreeing with some government policies and wanting to blow up the place. Just b/c they don't blindly accept every foreign or domestic policy the gov't makes doesn't mean they are a part of osama's army. There are many radical militia groups in america full of people who have had lived here for centuries, but they still want to destroy the American way of life (ie. Oklahoma city). You don't expect french, german, and belgian immigrants in america to begin protesting against what their countries are saying. No one has to prove their patriotism. Sometimes i think there is a double standard. Why doesn't everyone who wants a war pickett just as much as those that don't? People have lives and most are not here to prove anything, but just live a better life.

All I can say, is that a couple of the terrorists who flew those planes into the pentagon and WTC on September 11th 2001; lived here with their family for 2years :o . Then 2 weeks before september 11th their family flew back to their countries of origin  . I am not saying that they are all bad but some are sleepers plain and simple.

They don't speak up due to the teachings of their Qu'ran (May Allah cause their private members to fall away, even as the date falls from the tree in the desert, for is it not written, "They shall be called 'dateless'?").

Islamic solidarity is one of the Pillars of the Faith, and no "brother" may speak ill of another publically or otherwise (FI, when two Muslims are found fighting, they are immediately surrounded by anyone within earshot, admonishing loudly, "Brothers! Remember that you are Brothers!", then brought to the local .qadi, or street-corner judge, who arbitrates the dispute on the spot.)

France, Germany, and other countries don't want to ge involved for fear of terrorism to strike in their countries. There are a lot of other reasons as well, but that's already been posted.

I agree.. there are cells in the US just waiting for the word to go. As stated they are more than likely the Arab that doesn't speak about this situation. In their minds they will be heros and marters.

What they DON'T know is that Allah is running out of "celestial virgins" to greet them in Paradise...they may have to settle for a ewe, but, then...why should today be different? :18:

lol Bill....so glad I'm not one of those people brainwashed into thinking that you rule the world and can have freedom and eternal pleasure just because someone else or God told you it would be that way. All I can say is...Good Luck! Where ever you wind up....72 virgins or zero! What a crock!
