The US is planning to kill Saddam rapidly

If all pans out correctly the invasion to Iraq will be a quick one that in 48 hours will find Saddam and kill him but those are the plans and things can get ugly and then all the plans go by the boards.

But I think this invasion will be a relative quick one that will find little resistance unless they stay and fight inside the big cities and then urban warfare becomes a long one.

The big task for the US will be after the bombs go away they will have to occupie Iraq for a long time to mantain the peace and form a new goverment.
