those last few frames are showing more convection on the east/ northeast side so overall its starting to look better right? I'm new to a lot of this I'm just trying to guage whether my speculations are correct

in that loop I see something around 22.5N and 86.1W everyone else seeing the same thing? :?:

DURING THE AFTERNOON...BUT A SLIGHTLY FASTER MOTION TOWARD THE
NORTH-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TO BRING THE CENTER INTO THE
SOUTHEASTERN GULF OF MEXICO LATER TONIGHT. AN AIR FORCE RESERVE
HURRICANE HUNTER AIRCRAFT FOUND GUSTY WINDS OF TROPICAL STORM
FORCE WELL REMOVED FROM THE CENTER. AT THIS TIME...THE MAIN
HAZARD ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEPRESSION IS HEAVY RAINFALL. THE
DEPRESSION IS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE TOTAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS
OF 10 TO 20 INCHES OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF CUBA...WITH ISOLATED
TOTALS OF 30 INCHES OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN. THIS COULD CAUSE
DEVASTATING FLASH FLOODS AND MUD SLIDES. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF
5 TO 10 INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE CAYMAN ISLANDS. RAINFALL
TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE OVER THE NORTHEASTERN
PORTION OF THE YUCATAN PENINSULA. THERE IS ALSO THE POTENTIAL

ABC in Miami has an "in-house" computer model - it has td1 pretty much dying off in the next 24-48 hours. Way too much shear and dry air.

guys go to noaa's page here and click on Storm floater 1 and then click on fronts and you will see how far the thunderstorm activity is from the LLC.very disorganized to me.

That MIMIC loop is amazing! You can see the circulation appear out of nowhere! I know it's because before there was no rain so it was there but you couldn't see it; but it's still cool.

Its a set of satilite images that they can move around to center over a storm
