The question is about what letter has been retired the most.I say the letter I,but that is a guess on my part. :) Those who may have those stats can answer this question.

I sounds right lol. It would be reasonable that, that or one of the early letters would be the most retired.

You "broke" it now. Charley is the correct masculine spelling. Charlie is the feminine spelling. In 2004 it was Charley:
