I've met with two concept on rainfall

RAINFALL INTENSITY and RAINFALL STRENGTH

Is there any difference between the two? Or they are just the same?

never heard of rainfall strength. I would assume so, but I really can't answer the question.

The one guess I have is that "strength" if often used in reference to RADAR (i.e. return strength) and therefore "rain strength" might be a reference to the radar return from precipitation that is not being measured with a rain gauge. Rain intensity is the proper term for rain measured depth*time.

I have never heard of rainfall strength. As for rainfall intensity is the rate of rainfall per hour.
