Has Any Other Tropical Cyclone Formed From One Cumulonimbus?

I wonder if any tropical cyclone formed from one cumulonimbus besides Super Typhoon Gordon in 1989?

Not exactly one CB, but Xangsane in 2006 evolved from a fairly small cluster of thunderstorms that formed during the DMAX, IIRC. It exploded from there and became a Cat 4 within 48 hr.

EDIT: actually, nvm, it took quite a lot longer than that.

I dont' think that would be anything that would be recorded, but I would assume that many easterly waves began as a single cloud at one point in time. On that topic, did the storm form because of one CB or was the CB the result of the developing circulation?
