If I am not mistaken it looks like there is a 90L invest?

Well... here's the story:

SAB needs a number to identify a storm they are performing an analysis on. Since the NHC (and, in turn, the NRL) has yet to label it as an invest, the storm is not an invest.

In short, it's not an invest, but SAB needs some sort of an identifier... so they've used 90L.
