WHY are the new people to the gallery going in Gallery 1, and why are we stuck in

GALLERY 3!!!!!

The Gallery isn't organized in any real manner. The next time we redo it it will be roughly in order of when the pictures were submitted to the gallery :-)

Actually I was wondering why I did end up on Gallery I page and not III. Fully expected to be tagged on at the end too. Maybe we can display them alphabetically, when they all come in of course? Can see it now though - we'd need a whole page for the W's - so many weather names. LOL

The problem with alphabetical is that every new name would cause a reorganization. Not fun! :-(

Especially since I do most of the Gallery stuff :-)

In the interest of getting the new picures on-line as soon as possible I was just balancing the three members pages. That's why people ended up on different pages. We'll do a reorganization and put them back in submitted order! :-)

Hmmm...it's seems like it would be fairly easy to write up a program that automatically organizes the pictures for you in alphabetical or whatever order you want by generating a new page every time (which you could upload, or however it is that you update the site). Then, whenever you get a new picture, you just run the program and it generates the HTML and voila, you have a new gallery.

Just as easy to organize them how they come in... No need to be in alphabetical order.
