I think the Corps is worried about the cost of filling the killer MRGO. My opinion..that is blood money.

Yeah, the Corps is covering their butts. Honestly, I don't believe anything they say anymore. Nobody in N.O. does. As a matter of fact, an LSU scientist was interviewed about this and he said that their findings were flawed.
