Salvation Army

Salvation Army major is on TV right now - he's in Jackson, MS. He says that their own Salvation Army building in downtown NOLA is surrounded by water and there are 250 people trapped inside, most of them very sick!

I hadn't heard anything about this--has it been reported before now?

I believe we're still going to hear stories like this because, sadly, so many have been unable to communicate until now and many still can't. It's like how we just learned about the convention center yesterday.
