The 7:00AM CDT update is located at http://storm2k.org/Weather-Central/Trop ... ropics.htm with an associated map. Check it out along with the CONUS updates.

Looks like the "monster" coming off the African coast later today is already weakening and the wave ahead of that has lost its' low. Will either of the current identifiable tropical waves in the E Atlantic develop or will dry air win the battle while an ULL sneaks in from the NE towards the Leeward Islands?

good work!!
We have to monitor the Atlantic Basin closely over the next few days, as there are indications that the dry air at middle and upper levels over the atmosphere will be eroded. This will give a better chance for the tropical waves to develop.
