Tue 0Z Model Map Update

#1 Postby Scott_inVA » Mon Aug 04, 2003 9:12 pm

http://www.wrel.com/modelmap.htm

The wave has again pulsed down to nothing, but tonight's map looks like something

Note...that is *not* a forecast.

Look was is plowing into the mountains in VA/WV tonight:

If that complex makes it over the mountains it's going to be a noisy night up here :D

Looks like there could be some flooding up in the mountains. I hate when the t-storms start training over an area. It can get real bad in a hurry! Stay Safe! :-)

Scott let us know if you get out without any rain!!

Each run the track comes further W. IF and I say IF 90L develops into anything the key to where it actually ends up will be the timing of the trough expected to come into the SE late week and where and how strong 90L is. As always, the weaker the storm the lower in the atmosphere the guiding winds are and vice versa. I keep telling myself PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE.
