I'm going to go on and keep that post and the title updated with the current storms so the admins can update the Active Storms section accordingly. :)

This thread isn't for discussion, it's to serve as a more up-to-date version of the storm list, since the admins can't always keep it up to date 100% of the time.

Why are 98L and 99L listed alongside TD14?

Image

Moving W by WNW, skimming Cuba coastline.

Judging from WV, it looks like this US trough is going to miss the system. Noel also looks more like a hybrid upper-level-low in appearance, and might just behave like on in terms of movement. (WNW > W > southwest to die over southeastern Mexico after spending most of the time over Cuba and then the Yucatan???)

...now moving W or WSW across central Cuba....breaking the models.

Can a board admin please update the active storms list accordingly? Noel hasn't been active for almost two weeks now.

I've already asked, and there seems to be an internal problem that it's not allowing any changes at the moment.
