Invest 90L continues to unimpress me. It just can't sustain any convection.

Have to agree with you Alhurricane. Remains unimpressive - but it did come back from the dead.

wxman57 pointed out earlier that the invest has two distinct swirls ... as you have also on the outlook and a good outlook it is ...

However, looking at SST's this morning ... they are running around 27ºC-28ºC south of about 12ºN from the West Coast of Africa.

The system about 400 miles west of the Azores is actually pretty close to subtropical storm status ... with ST numbers continuing to run at 1.5 ...
