Dr Lyons "all bets off"

He said if E does not get off land fast all bets are off. I am not sure if he meant intensity or direction, or both. Of course TWC spent about 30 seconds on it as usual.

LOL.. I just saw the same thing. Its almost like they rush him off air, and he has no time to speaka t all. The music is playing as he is speaking. Crazy...You can tell he totally disagrees with the NHC forecast!!!!! He thinks E will be poof by 5 am tommorow...

TWC = HURRICANE AUTHORITY... :roflmao:

I took it to mean that because the center of circulation was so small that the path has changed.... according to everything else he said about the winds breaking away from the south...

i watched it and was thinking since it could be a wave it would react differently (ie head towards Texas or something) and have plenty of time to regenerate

It's a shame TWC doesn't give him time to speak about the storm, they need more time to show us how to grow our gardens and clean our gutters. :roll:

and yes I agree they completely rushed him...hurricane authority for the "hurricane authority" gets 2 minutes an hour...FANTASTIC! :wall:

I remember thinking the old 3- to 4-minute tropical update wasn't long enough. Now I wish we had that back. :roll:

Head On - Apply Directly to the forward.. head on.. lol I see more commercials than anything else.

I think Ernesto has a mind of his own. Now they just said that he might just sit over land and wear himself out. The flooding will be horrible in Cuba if it does.

Last year was fast and furious a quite predictable. This year is normal and not.

I have alot of respect for Dr. Lyons, I feel bad for him though, they don't let him talk.

And TWC isnt the Hurricane authority, the NHC is.

And speaking of commericals, thats all it is. and I HATE that "Head On" commercial, I change the channel when it comes on.

And what is "Head on" it doesnt tell us. All it does is repeat "Head on! Apply directly to the forehead" For all I know I could be applying anthrax to my forehead.

TWC has gone down the tubes the last few years.
