What the chance of any other track surprises either east/ west?

Knabb from the NHC said on a few stations down here that the models/tracks should not shift much, if at all. The models had data from the hurricane hunters. He said he's pretty sure it's a S. Florida hit. They just aren't sure how strong or weak it may be.

Paul Delegado from the Tampa Fox affiliate was on the radio this morning saying that there woul dprobably be only small shifts from here on, and those small shifts would most likely be to the east. He of course said for those of us on the west coast not to let down our guard, though, as we are still in the cone.

To add to that, IMO, some of the nastiest squalls I've been in here have been from bands travelling northwest from systems. So even being on the "safe" side of the storm, I'd betcha we're still likely to get some yucky stuff starting tomorrow night. Regardless, I'm fetching in the patio set tonight...

Is any talk about a high building back in possibly pushing ernrsto back west just talk?
