Per 8pm Advisory watches may be ncsry for central/NW bahamas

Additional hurricane watches may be required for portions of the
Florida Peninsula later tonight. Watches may also be required for
portions of the central or northwestern Bahamas later tonight.

Noticed that Vortex. I was surprised. Does this indicate they really don't have a good handle at all on the track?

if watches are being considered for parts of the bahamas, i am thinking that the watches will quite possibly be extended up both coasts of the florida peninsula by morning?
