Max Mayfield just said that he wants everyone in the state of Florida to pay attention closley to this storm. :cry:

My NBC station was showing church services. What did Max say?

He basically said that he does they do not know exactly what track it is going to take at this point and there is some divergence with the models so all of Florida should watch this storm. He did say though that this will be a Florida storm and watches and warnigs would start going up possibliy even later today.

Translation from the NHC: All non-swimmers and old folks get packed up and get out of Florida. Atlanta is going to look like a geriatrics convention this labor day weekend, and I can already see these headlines on Monday: I-4 E and I-75 north blocked by massive hover-round migration.
