How Close Can it Get?

I think I got this link from this sight last Hurricane season. It's pretty neat - tells you how close the storm can get to your area given the current forecast. http://stormcarib.com/closest.htm

A unique and neat tool, but it is misleading, perhaps even dangerous if it only mentions how close it will be to the "thin black line." That said, its a cool thing to use, so thanks for posting it.
