Storm2K Wobble Watch For 04L

Bruno has issued a Wobble Watch, which is in effect as long as 04L maintains some type of circulation and remains 04L. Any change in track should be taken as a wobble unless one or all of the above occur:
A) remains on that track for more than 2 hours*
B) a pro-met says it is not a wobble
C) the NHC says it is not a wobble

*Section A is not always correct, however, 2 hours is a good rule of thumb.

Wobble Alert: Wobble Alerts are issued for tropical disturbances that the NRL is watching, however currently does not have any circulation.

Wobble Watch: Wobbles maybe possible within the remainer of the suspect's life, however Bruno currently feels that there is not enough information to issue a Wobble Warning at this time and moment.

Wobble Warning: Wobbles are occuring or will be occuring shortly. Warnings are normally issued for tropical cyclones, however can be issued for tropical disturbances if they have a circulation present in them and are wobbling.

These nonproducts are issued to prevent wobble wars, which are when multiple people "fight" over which direction a tropical disturbance or cyclone maybe heading. Please remember that on satillite it is hard to determine whether or not that circulation you think you see on the loop is actually at the surface and it can be difficult to determine the motion of a storm if it is still organizing.

This nonproduct of Bruno will be either updated tomorrow afternoon at 1930Z, or 1530 EDT, or if conditions warrant:
A) A Wobble Warning is nessecary.
B) A Wobble Watch/Warning is being dropped due to lack of any circulation or other enviromental reasons that will be listed.

NOTICE: This nonproduct is currently only available for the Atlantic Ocean at this time. In later seasons after I get the hang of this, I may feel the need to extend to other oceans. Also, this nonproduct will only be issued for tropical invests and tropical cyclones, as I do not feel like tracking every single thing that moves in the Atlantic Ocean. Thank you for your time and patientence and please give some feedback to this newest nonproduct. (not "You need to upgrade/downgrade" etc...just tell me what you think of it, please and thank you :))

Storm2K Wobble Watch For 04L
Storm2K Wobble Alert For 97L

Bruno has continued the Wobble Watch for 04L, which is in effect as long as 04L maintains some type of circulation and remains 04L.

A Wobble Alert has been issued for Invest 97L, which is in effect until either the area dies or develops a closed circulation. Currently I do not feel a Wobble Watch should be issued for 97L, however will keep watch over it just incase a Watch or Warning becomes nessecary.

Wobble Alert: Wobble Alerts are issued for tropical disturbances that the NRL is watching, however currently does not have any circulation.

Wobble Watch: Wobbles maybe possible within the remainer of the suspect's life, however Bruno currently feels that there is not enough information to issue a Wobble Warning at this time and moment.

i here state that a wabble alert should be a mute point for anything that is an invenst and not developed into at least a tropical depression if not a tropical storm and SINCE wabble watches and wabble warning's are the chosen phrases for tropical depressions, storms or hurricane's the wabble alert phrase should be a mute point and thus eliminated.

the center of an invest is often weak and often to elongated or immature of development to even be capable of telling if it is wabbling and the damage from such said storm is inconsequential. wait i forgot this was a joke
