Plenty of rain today for the Islands of the VI and PR as a tropical wave is interacting with an upper trough but no development is expected because of that interaction. There are flash flood watches and a severe thunderstorm warning for marine interests. It will not be a beach day for sure here.

Oh Shut up...you have beach days everyday and one rainy day isn't going to hurt!

I never get to go to the beach, well I do, but not as often as you! :( Now THAT IS a reason to cry!

Lindaloo there haved been some minor floodings of roads but nothing of a big flood event like in other times in the past.

Colin my family was going to the beach today with many days planning for it but it will be another time as you said we here have many days of sun. 8-)

I can relate to flood events. All I can think about is those poor folks down there on vacation.
