Info Needed

Could anyone point me in the right direction...I have to give a speech on the necessities on following evacuation recomendations. Can anyone tell me or provide any links on statistical data in relation to casualities as a result of storm surge and wind, the anticipated surge in relation to the category hurricane and any video links of surge and wind. I know there have been threads listing some of these items, I just have not been able to locate them.

The video for Charley at the gas station is a must see for the power of the wind.
Some good surge video in there as well.
