Anyone notice the cloudslines moving se?

If you look at a high res vis loop...you can see cloud lines moving seward away from the center. The are under the cirrus but higher than the low clouds. They show up a little on the SWIR but not on the chan 4.

Any ideas as to what is happening? I am thinking it is probably altocu moving away from the mid level ctr but am not real sure.
