cold core with eye like feature

here is a loop of the cold core low around here in Maine. I was noticing on radar images that it has a eye like feature heres a loop of it!

Temps areway to cold for this thing to become tropical or even sub-tropical at that.

No ones saying that it will become tropical or subtropical I was just pointing out the eye like feature!

The Blizzards of 1978, 2003, 2005, and 2006 had this same feature, it is a breathtaking sight

To top on that...Polar Lows look exactly like mini hurricanes...none the less, each one is interesting as each one is unique in its own little way...:)
