Western Australia - INVEST 97S; poss. development?

There is a good-looking tropical low over the northern half of Western Australia. It seems to be developing some outflow in a somewhat favorable environment now. If the environment remains favorable, it looks like it may develop once it moves offshore. Is there any news on it from the BoM yet?
